IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

• When purchasing the Pingwin PASS, please provide a passport-sized photo.
• *Byuing a student, regular or senior Pingwin PASS allows you to purchase the same pass for a toddler born in 2021 or later for 29 PLN.
• Terms and conditions of Pingwin PASS.
• If the Pingwin PASS is lost, it is possible to obtain a duplicate at the ticket office. The fee for issuing a duplicate is 29 PLN.

PASS WITH STICKER ON THE PHONE

DISCOUNTS (upon presentation of a photo ID confirming age):

• TODDLER – Born in 2022 or later, only when purchasing the same pass at the ticket office for a legal guardian. The rule is one guardian per one child.
• CHILD –Born in 2018 or later.
• JUNIOR – Born in 2010 or later.
• STUDENT – Born in 2000 or later, upon presentation of a valid (stamped) school or student ID.
• SENIOR – Born in 1966 or earlier.
• SENIOR 75+ – Born in 1951 or earlier
• REGULAR
• Unauthorized use of a discounted ticket or pass will result in its invalidation and forfeiture.
• 5% discount with the Large Family Card. The discount does not apply to the Pingwin PASS, promotional passes, or family tickets. A valid Large Family Card and a photo ID confirming identity must be presented for each ticket/pass purchased.
• 20% discount for persons with disabilities upon presentation of a valid disability ID. The ID must be shown together with a photo ID confirming identity at the time of purchase.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Certain promotions or discounts may exclude the applicability of others and may be valid only for a limited time. Details are specified in the terms and conditions of each individual promotion or discount.
• Price negotations are available for organised groups of more than 20 people.

PASS ACTIVATION AND DEPOSIT:

• It is strictly forbidden for more than one person to use the same time pass. Violation will result in the pass being blocked without any refund for unused time.
• The purchased time pass must be activated on the day of purchase.
• A deposit of 10 PLN is required for the pass and is refundable in cash only. The deposit will not be refunded in case of pass damage.
  In case of loss, duplicate passes will not be issued. However, it is possible to transfer the remaining time to a new pass only upon presentation of the original receipt confirming the purchase.

OTHERS:

• Prices are listen in PLN. You can pay by card or cash at the ticket offices.
• In the summer season, the last tourist ascent takes place 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time of the complex.
• Opening hours may change due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond control of Kurza Góra Sp. z o.o.
