Pool Table price list

RULES FOR USING THE POOL TABLES

AT AKACJOWA RESTAURANT – KURZA GÓRA

1. Pool Table Access
   Pool tables are made available by the staff of Akacjowa Restaurant after payment is made in accordance with the current price list.
2. Game Duration
   The playing time begins at the moment of payment at the counter and lasts for 60 minutes. If this time is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the current price list.
3. Responsibility for Damages
   Anyone who damages the pool table or related equipment is fully financially responsible and agrees to cover the cost of repairs. Repair costs are based on the price list of WIK, the table manufacturer. In disputed cases, compensation amounts will be determined by management.
4. Use of the Facility
   It is strictly forbidden to approach the pool tables with drinks, alcohol, or food. No items are allowed to be placed on the tables, including food, beverages, or any other objects. The Akacjowa Restaurant staff is responsible for checking the condition of the tables and equipment before each use.
5. Reporting Issues
   Any concerns regarding the condition of the pool tables or equipment must be reported to the staff before the game begins.
6. Behavior in the Venue
   Staff have the right to refuse alcohol service and table rental to intoxicated or aggressive individuals. Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, or food into the venue is strictly prohibited. Anyone behaving aggressively, endangering others, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or violating the rules may be removed by security without a refund.
7. No Smoking Policy
   Smoking of tobacco products is strictly prohibited within the premises of Akacjowa Restaurant.
8. Personal Belongings
   Akacjowa Restaurant staff are not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Acceptance of Rules
   By using the pool tables or remaining on the premises of Akacjowa Restaurant, all guests automatically accept these rules and regulations.
10. Image and Promotional Use
    Guests consent to the free use of their image, voice, and statements recorded during activities at the venue, for promotional or advertising purposes created by the club or its partners. This includes repeated use across all media formats.
